The Oberoi Rajvilas Jaipur

The hotel is excellent and really nicely designed, overall the service is excellent and they even upgraded us to a room due to our honeymoon. The pool was really beautiful and the nature of the hotel and especially the birds was the most impressive part. The alcohol prices in the hotel were expensive even compared to the prices in European hotels and certainly not something that should be close to the price in a cheap country like India, a small beer costs 12 euros. In addition, on our first day there were a group of children in the pool who simply made the hotel feel like a noisy kindergarten, which greatly damaged the experience and no one at the hotel asked them to behave in accordance with such an expensive hotel. In addition, in the final billing they asked me if I would like to pay in dollars on credit and of course I said yes and they forgot to tell me that there is a 5% commission which cost me several hundred dollars which for me was very serious that they did not say that. All in all, a good hotel should improve what I listed above.

The room and property were very clean and well maintained.

I like the biodiversity, the street performance in the hotel and the hospitality from the staffs. Everything is a surprise for me in this hotel. The decor of the restaurant, hotel room with Sita player in the hotel lobby are just beyond all expectations. The staffs who served us are polite and detailed. They put "welcome" in my native language and it was such a heartwarming surprise! The staff also left some small gifts that I will treasure for a long time! I have to mention the puppeteer, Lucky, in the hotel. He was performing along with his cousin with great singing and music, and the most interesting puppet shows I've ever seen. Lucky is a passionate, humorous and talented artist and young man who had brought us a memorable night on September 29. That I you Oberoi Jaipur and I will definitely visit again to your amazing resorts in the world.

Definitely my number one hotel worldwide. Highest level of perfection. Staff will make you feel at home but also treat you with the same devotion than king and queen. Room was perfect. The swimming pool area is absolutely gorgeous and you will be able to get new friends: peacocks, squirrels, birds, etc. The breakfast is absolutely perfect. But the number one asset of the Oberoi Rajvilas is its staff. You will never be treated this well somewhere else.

The Exemplary Service can be experienced at every single touchpoint rather 24 hours before you physically step at the property, such a picturesque well-maintained property complemented by exceptionally courteous staff. We are so thankful to the entire team @ Rajvilas for making our time so memorable especially for my kids who unfortunately seldom experience this beauty and warmth of India. Special mention of tireless service by Abhishek Chowdhury, Paras, Shiv, Shubham and Thanks to Kushagra Seth for such exquisite and scrumptious spread / recommendations on food during our stay. you guys’ really ROCK.
